Utterance Separator lets you customize the separator NVDA uses between speech chunks and Speech Viewer utterance items. The default is two spaces.
Open NVDA menu, Preferences, Settings, then select Utterance Separator.
Enter the separator you want. Escape sequences are supported:
\n inserts a newline.\t inserts a tab.\\ inserts a literal backslash. For example, enter $$ to separate utterances with two dollar signs, or \n\t to use a newline followed by a tab.
The setting takes effect as soon as you press OK.
The add-on includes an unassigned command named "Opens the Utterance Separator settings" in NVDA's Input Gestures dialog under Configuration.
